Gwinnett Superior Court

Gwinnett County Superior Court is the trial court that holds general jurisdiction. It hears civil, criminal and other cases. Gwinnett County Probate Court

The Probate Court under Gwinnett County Court can practice its jurisdiction over matters like probation of wills, permanent or temporary guardians of minors, guardians and conservators of minors as well as adults, fireworks permits, birth certificates, marriage licenses, permits to keep firearms, certificates of residence, etc. The business hours of the court are on weekdays from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm.
