A certified record check is done if you need it for an adoption case or for your visa application.  A complete record check on the contrary will give you a summary of your criminal history. This will have all arrest information, expungements, non-convictions and diversions.

The central repository is open for you from 4.00 a.m. to midnight and you may conduct your search anytime during this period. For a fingerprint based record check, obtain your personal identification fingerprint card from the agency.
