• Conviction for sexual offenses
• Any other felony conviction other than the ones mentioned so far, that occurred within the previous five years also disqualify the individual from seeking a job

A Delaware background check furnishes information regarding the type of offense, the time of committing the offense, the age of the offender at the time of committing the offense, the gravity of the crime and the disposition.

Even if you have already done with the process fingerprinting and have your Delaware background check done, you still have to submit a criminal history record form to your employer and ask the employer to send the form to the Division of Long Term Care Residents Protection of Delaware.

The laws of the state of Delaware also make it mandatory for all persons applying for a job to undergo a drug testing. These reports must be forwarded to the Division of Long Term Care Residents.
