The Unity plans apply to existing AT&T lines. You are allowed to make unlimited calls to and from AT&T landlines and wireless phones under this plan. The plan is segregated in two individual plans in this category. The two plans are unlimited night and weekends and no long distance or roaming charges.

There are also family plans for cellular as well as landlines provided by AT&T. This plan will allow you and your family to share minutes and save money. There are seven plans under Nation category, ranging from 550 minutes to unlimited minutes per month. These plans include unlimited nights and weekends.

Customer service of the AT&T is of the highest order. This service provides several ways to serve the customers in a better way. You can get technical support from the customer forums. You seek help from the customer care by e-mail, visit the online store to talk to a representative or you can call them for any problem.

You can go online for credit check for all plans. You can pay your bill through the online payment gateway. AT&T Direct Billing option, also allows you to check your account. You can also pay your bills through credit or cash.

There are other value added services like downloads. You can download ringtones, games, multimedia services, graphics and more. The charges for downloads are added with your monthly bills.
