Access to Public Court Records

 

If you visit the official website of the Supreme Court of Arizona, you will come across the section mentioned Public Information & Assistance.

The lists of information that are available to the public are Attorney Information, Complaints, Children/Family Issues, Divorce/Parenting Issues, Domestic Violence, Law for Seniors/Probate, Eviction/Small Claim/Other, Jury Duty, Pending Rules Petitions, Public Access Case Lookup, Self Service Forms, Traffic Issues and Victims Rights.

 

Public Court Records

 

The information which are produced and gathered in the form of files can be accessible by the public and these are public records. The records contain reports, contracts, minutes, deeds, vital records and all of these records are transacted on behalf of the public.

The investigation and accident reports are public records and are maintained by the police departments. The orders and court judgments are records for public access and these are maintained by the courts, but the case evidences are kept by the producing agency. These agencies can be state crime lab or police departments.

 

Marriage Records
